Mixed Level Yinyasa Flow

INTENSITY: LOW - MODERATE

Vinyasa (translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of yoga that joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Our Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing, and seated postures, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Flow yoga classes tend to be more vigorous and aerobic, and classes can have a variety of themes.

Yin Yoga 

BEGINNER / ALL LEVEL

INTENSITY: LOW

Enjoy the feelings of rejuvenation and steadiness that arise from a Yin Yoga practice as you slow down, move from noise to silence, from agitation to calm, from complexity to simplicity. As the whole body rests and opens with long-held poses, the natural healing power of chi is used to rejuvenate and repair the area of focus.

Yin Yoga + Facials

BEGINNER / ALL LEVEL

INTENSITY:  LOW

Yin Yoga + Facials: Enjoy the feelings of rejuvenation and steadiness that arise from a Yin Yoga practice as you slow down, move from noise to silence, from agitation to calm, from complexity to simplicity. In yin there are many benefits for the physiological body and nervous system and this practice will benefit you from inside out. Our last pose we move into Shavasana with facial masks & serums to repair and replenish your skin! You will walk out feeling amazing!

SUP Yoga

BEGINNER / ALL LEVEL

INTENSITY:  MODERATE 

Simply put, SUP yoga (stand-up paddleboard yoga) is practicing yoga on a stand-up paddleboard out on the water. SUP yoga is a great way to change up your yoga practice and enhance your yoga skills because it requires more strength, balance, and focus. We welcome beginners and experienced paddleboarders and yogis alike for this awesome class that will help you build strength and balance while having fun out on the water! LEARN MORE HERE!

Yoga Selah

BEGINNER / ALL LEVEL

INTENSITY:  LOW

Practicing presence is the focus of this vinyasa-style, slow-flow class.  All abilities are invited and welcome to participate in foundation-building sequences as a time to pause, consider, and reflect. Come prepared with an open mind to enter into a space created to usher you to a place of surrendering to the moment, being present within your heart, and meeting Jesus on your mat.
