A rejuvenating class that blends core-strengthening Pilates, deep stretching, and ultimate relaxation. Flow through controlled movements to enhance flexibility and posture, then unwind with restorative stretches. Breathwork + Meditation Class
Sunday, March 16th 11:15 am- 12:15 pm
We will go through 4 simple breathing exercises that have been researched and proven to have effects to your nervous system and have immediate AND lasting benefits to your health and wellbeing.

Followed by a breath-focused meditation, and a cold pressed juice from our café, you will be left relaxed, renewed, energized, and with an amazing and simple tool to manage your stress, get energy, and improve your health and wellbeing!

Selah Restorative Yoga
Wednesdays at 6pm ( A four week series starting March 5th )
Meet Jesus on your mat! Selah Restorative Yoga is a restful practice that holds shapes in your body for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, many of the postures are held almost effortlessly. When your body enters a state of relaxation, your mind can also consciously relax as tension melts away. The only work required during a restorative yoga practice is to pay attention to your breath, become aware of any sensations or thoughts that may arise, and then gently release them.
